Realty BAP Network and BAP Program only receives limited Personal Information from you. You are not required to provide this information. However, if you choose not to, we may not be able to provide you the requested service or complete your transaction.
When you give your Personal Information to Realty BAP Network and BAP Program, this information is used to help you access the BAP website and platform.
Realty BAP Network and BAP Program won’t share your Personal Information with anyone for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. The content you share through Realty BAP Network is your responsibility and you defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and affiliates and all of their respective employees, agents, directors, officers, shareholders, attorneys, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses) relating to or arising from any content you share on Realty BAP Network.
We won’t sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone outside of Realty BAP Network and BAP Program. We’ll only give this info when it’s needed to process your information, or if it’s a legal requirement, like in response to a subpoena or an independent audit. We require that anyone who receives this information will only use it for those purposes.
We use your Personal Information for specific reasons:
• to use Realty BAP Network and BAP Program;
• to process your payment;
• for maintenance of your account; or
• to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.

If you disable your BAP Program account, you won’t be able to access your Personal Information. We keep some of it on file just for legal reporting and auditing obligations. Realty BAP Network and BAP Program will not use Personal Information associated with a disabled account for any reason besides meeting these obligations. We may delete records associated with disabled accounts over time as permitted or required by law.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access and unauthorized changes, sharing, or destruction of your Personal Information.
The security of your account also depends on keeping your account password confidential. You should not share your account name or password with anyone. If you give your password to someone else (like a significant other, your boss, or a website), they may have access to your account and your Personal Information.
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We won’t reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. We’ll post any policy changes on the Realty BAP Network and BAP Program Privacy Policy Page, and if the changes are significant, we’ll email you or notify you on the Realty BAP Network and BAP website home page. Each version of this policy will be identified at the bottom of the page by its effective date. We’ll also keep earlier versions of this privacy policy in an archive.
Our websites may contain links to other websites, including those of other companies, professional and government organizations, and publications. Although we try to link only to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we do not control and are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices employed by other websites.
